This post is helpful if you’re curious about the type of Philadelphia condo association you might possibly buy into.Know that the smaller, self managed, low-rise Philadelphia condominium associations may not be equipped, or motivated, to divulge information in a timely manner. Don’t allow that to be a reflection of the association. But this "10 Questions to Ask Your Condo Board" blog post does provide some good “food for thought."
